birthday!

Happy Birthday to Malcolm who is six years old today!

He is 3' 11 3/4" inches tall (about 1.21m) and weights about 54 lbs (not quite 25 kilos).

For his birthday dinner we took him to Blue C Sushi as sushi is his favorite food; It is one of those Japanese style restaurants with a conveyor belt carrying little servings of sushi around the dining area; you just pick off the plates of what you like and pay @ the end.  It's a cute gimmick and interesting for the kids, I guess, but the sushi was nothing special -- kisaku near home is much better.

The birthday party on Sunday (22nd) was much more interesting as we rented the Evans Pool in Green Lake.  We had around a dozen kids and some parents with food and cake and then playtime out on the great Green Lake playground afterwards which was great fun.  Snaps are here.
